To ensure that our products are of the highest quality, we manufacture the products when the order is placed. This can take up to 4-5 days to complete. Once processed we will immediately dispatch your products and you should receive your products in no more than 2 weeks. For the US citizens, your order will take between 10 to 20 days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. Worldwide the shipping varies between 10-30 days in Europe, outside Europe often 20-40 days but it could be up to 60 days in rare cases. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 3 to 5 days business days of ordering.

We ship for only $3.95 or less per item (if you order more items we charge $1 extra). Orders outside the US are calculated at checkout.
If you suspect that your order has been lost or stolen and the shipping company has marked your package as delivered (with proof of delivery), you will need to contact them and file a claim through them. We are not to be held responsible for missing or stolen packages. Every package is insured through the shipping service for you to file a claim for the product cost if necessary. The claim will have to be filed through the shipping provider, NOT through your bank. If you need any additional information, please contact us via email and we will point you in the right direction.

We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
Some tapestries are cotton, and other tapestries are not. This is completely normal, and a common part of tapestry printing. You could receive a variation of either.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 3 to 5 business days after we receive your order.
All of our orders inside the US are delivered by a range of logistics carriers such as DHL, USPS, UPS or Amazon Logistics. Orders outside of the US typically ship via USPS. As a result, packaging may vary.
You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery.
If you purchased your item during a sale event, your order will not be eligible for a return or an exchange. Please contact Customer Support via our Contact Us page at the bottom of the website to discuss your specific case with a representative.
Our products can sometimes have different variations, prints, colors or patterns. This is completely normal, and a common part of our printing and stylizing. ***Note: Softy Bed Sets can either come with Diamond Velvet Pillow Shams or Softy Style Pillow Shams. Not both.
